Attended for the winter jabs ( flu and COVID)and whilst it was busy the reception staff were polite and informative. Volunteers were on hand to guide patients around the building ( it’s an old house with different floors and as an infrequent visitor I appreciated this!) The staff administering the injections were swift and efficient but friendly so it was a smooth and calm process.
