"Set my mind at rest and ensured I was comfortable"

After a colposcopy biopsy revealed abnormal cells, I received an appointment for loop diathermy, which is naturally a daunting procedure for a woman to go through. I can’t praise the staff highly enough for making me feel comfortable and at ease during what is a rather invasive procedure.  Harriet, Jen and Heather were all wonderful and a credit to the hospital; I’m incredibly grateful for how they set my mind at rest and ensured I was comfortable throughout, thank you!
