"Can't get an appointment"

(as the patient),

After cancelling an appointment due to an emergency with one of my children, my care from Dundee Dental Hospital has since stopped with no letters or information given from them. It has been a year and I still can't get an appointment and have been left with half finished dental care and broken teeth that were meant to be fixed.
