I first saw Natalie in the Community ESP team in September 2024 who referred me for X Rays and for surgery. She was excellent, very efficient and followed up everything that she had said she would do. I had X Rays taken and then saw John in December 2024 who was extremely kind, considerate and professional. He was keen to list me for surgery as quickly as possible and I attended PEOC at the start of April for my hip replacement surgery.
All the care I received throughout the period I was in hospital was excellent. The staff who prepared me for surgery and the anesthesia team were good, and the nurse who walked me to the theatre and took care of me during my spinal block was excellent, so lovely and kind, The surgery went well and the after care on the Dybal Ward was outstanding, particularly during the daytime, and especially from a nurse called Jilly who was so caring and helpful and went out of her way to help me. I was unwell briefly after the surgery and had excellent care from a Dr, and the anaesthetist (sorry can't remember his name) also came to check in on me.
I would like to thank everyone involved in my care.
