"You are all superheroes"

I had my gall bladder removed and was in Ward 2 GDH, theatre & recovery.

The staff were superheroes and made me comfy, at ease and welcome. They all smiled and were happy and cheerful in their work which lifted the spirits of patients and made the whole ward a pleasant experience. Anaesthetists, surgeon and all staff were expertly attentive and listened to all of my concerns and queries, then attended to them professionally and kindly. Making the complete experience almost pleasant!  If I had another gall bladder I’d happily have it removed next week! I’d like to thank everyone the biggest thank you and heartfelt gratitude you are all superheroes and amazingly kind people.
