What a pleasure it was to be met by the smiling, cheerful, welcoming, intelligent lady at the Hospital's 'front desk', the General Office; Jill. I saw her previously a couple of years ago about the same issue which had 'driven' me there today. The wretched parking company and my blue badge.

I and others have had a very poor experience with the parking company concerned. But I have now received a very welcome email from the excellent Sonya, who politely told me that things were being dealt with by the senior staff in charge of Estates and Facilities department for their attention.

I was delighted, and I have thanked Sonya for her kind attention.
