We are really pleased to let you know that we have a brand new round of "How to Sessions" designed specifically for you. These free webinar sessions will help to show you exactly how to use the site features & gain as much value as possible from using Patient Opinion. These sessions are:

- How to respond and demonstrate impact
- How to generate stories

Our March Workshop
At the start of the month we held a Workshop in Sheffield and invited some of our exemplar organisations to present, enabling the group to explore the exciting and all round inspiring ways that organisations are using Patient Opinion to improve services and influence a wider culture change.
