Spring Online Conference 2026

📅23 April | 12:30–5pm

👉 Register here

We are thrilled to host our 10th Care Opinion conference this spring titled as 'Humanity in Action: Stories that Shape Better Care'. As ever, we have a plethora of inspiring sessions on offer:

  • Our introductory session will go back to the basics, and, along with some exciting guest speakers, we will be focussing on the ‘favourite features’ of a Care Opinion subscription.
  • A fan favourite, our research session returns. Hosted by James Munro, this will be our 27th research chat, and James will be chatting with Miles Sibley of Patient Experience Library on what we have learned from the research to date. If, in the meantime, you are interested in listening to the previous chats, find them here: Care Opinion research chats
  • Following the success of last year's conference, we are welcoming back our colleagues at Care Opinion Canada. We are excited to hear more about their work!
  • Our fantastic subscriber support team will be delving into the importance of staff morale and culture and the impact that feedback can have on this
  • As ever we will end proceedings with our wonderful Star Responder session: a chance to celebrate staff members who have been nominated by their colleagues, for outstanding responses to stories on Care Opinion.

Who should come along?

Staff working in clinical settings, or in any of the following areas, might find this event valuable:

  • Patient experience, public involvement
  • Patient safety, quality improvement, service development
  • Workforce wellbeing, staff development, professional appraisal
  • Organisational culture, person-centred care, compassion

We are looking forward to seeing you there! #COconf26
