We’re already working behind the scenes on our Spring Conference 2026.

We’re delighted to share the date and open registration for our upcoming conference, taking place on Thursday 23 April, in the afternoon. Our team is already working behind the scenes to shape the programme, and we’ll be sharing more details as plans develop.
What can you expect?
While the programme is still being finalised, the conference will focus on how online feedback supports learning and improvement in health and care. You can expect to hear from services using Care Opinion in practice, reflect on real stories of care that have led to change, and explore learning and research around online patient feedback.
Who should attend?
This conference is relevant for staff at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders, including those working in patient experience, quality improvement, safety and governance, workforce wellbeing, and organisational culture.
