Since 7 December 2025, Care Opinion has offered the Scottish PREMS questions to story authors giving feedback about services provided by Scottish health boards.
The author may complete the six PREMS questions for each service linked to their story.
The PREMS questions are as follows:
- Staff took the time to get to know me and what was important to me
- Staff involved the people who matter to me in the way that I wanted
- Staff worked well together to organise my care
- I was involved in choices about my care as much as I wanted to be
- My care supported my wellbeing
- I feel like staff listened to me
Each question can be answered using a scale from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree".
