"Poor service"

(as the patient),

I had to wait at the reception for 10 minutes before anyone turned up to register me. Staff were visible but wouldn't come to the window. There was a queue of 3 people before anyone came back to the desk.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback from your visit.

It is frustrating to not feel acknowledged or attended to when you first arrive at a clinic and I am sorry our short staffing has impacted on your initial experience.

I have asked the Clinic Lead to highlight your comments with all staff and to communicate with arrivals no matter what their role is as I think this may have helped in this situation. More effort with attentive timekeeping will also improve the smooth running of clinics and will be a positive for both staff and clients.
