(as a service user),

I just wanted to take the time to thank the nursing staff of Dalblair Medical Practice. For 13 weeks I attend two days a week and had great care and attention from Jacqui the practice nurse. Her thoroughness to source appropriate dressings was very much appreciated. She also arranged the weekly appointments while I was in the practice which made a great difference. It has now healed up and I am indebted to her for her excellent person centred care.
